Little gifts in perfect time continue to fall from Heaven.
I had a landscaper come to check the drip system at our house and trim some bushes. As I thanked them and said goodbye, I turned to see a little white paper sticking out of a shrub, low and behold… a fortune! It must have been from a prior trip to Panda Express – one of Dean’s go-to favorites.
It read: “True Friends Will Be There For You When Needed”.
Then, as I let our dogs out to the back yard I followed, they were so excited after a not-so-patient wait in the garage. We played a bit and I looked around and thought … Dean (who just got out of his yard duties) would be happy! \And as I barely finished my thought, a little white feather ever so slowly floated in from above right in front of me. I looked around and there was no bird in sight.
